Your record, and your right to reply.

Worth shows job seekers what a role is worth and what an ad isn't saying. That only works if employers can trust it too, so these are the rules we hold ourselves to.

• No one can pay to change an estimate. The estimate comes from what the ad asks for, and it's the same for everyone who checks it.
• Reports are counted, never shown one by one. A pattern only appears on your record once several different people report the same thing, and it's about your recruiting, not about you as a company.
• Replying is free, always. Paying us for anything never removes a report or buys a better record.
